Upon arrival at the Noi Bai international airport, guests are met and assisted by a local English-speaking guide.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Halong. Come on board for a junk cruise and set sail in the bay while lunch is served. Passage into the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth. After lunch, get on a sampan to pass by an interesting fishing village with an opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. At sunset, kayaking is a good option to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon. Back on board, enjoy watching the peaceful sunset and later unwinding at a restaurant. Early morning, take Tai Chi class; see the sunrise above the sea. Cruising around Halong Bay to view multi-shaped rocks, visit Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave), or any other cave in Halong Bay Brunch on the boat Settle the bill and check out the boat, then transfer back to Hanoi. Drop you at the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi

After breakfast, depart from Hanoi for Ninh Binh (100 km, 2.5 hours). Have a short cycling tour near Trang An.

Have lunch at a local restaurant then transfer to Trang An, the tourism complex in the northern province of Ninh Binh that was officially included in the World Heritage List on June 23 by the UNESCO World Heritage Committee. The eco-tourist attraction, located in the east of Ninh Binh, has an area of 2000 ha and includes 47 historical vestiges and many mysterious things, such as limestone mountains, valleys, and underground river systems. Take a boat trip to visit the cave complexes: Sang cave, Toi cave, Ba Giot cave, and Nau Ruou. In the mystery and wildness, see the scenery of the mountains and rivers in Halong on the land of Ninh Binh.

At the end of the day, drive back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi

You will be picked up at your hotel by our tour guide and driver. Start your full Hanoi city tour with the following highlights:

• Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum—the final resting place of Vietnamese great father or Uncle Ho; President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house—where he lived on and off from 1958 to 1969. The next place to move to is One Pillar Pagoda, a group of structures consisting of a pagoda and a tower built in the middle of a square lake.
• The Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest of all pagodas in Hanoi, is located beside the dazzling West Lake.
• The Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university Constructed in 1070, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past.
• Drive back to central Hanoi for a walking tour through the Old Quarter to enjoy the bustling local life. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It's a great place to explore, with plenty of photo opportunities all around you.
• followed by a traditional water puppet performance, a unique Vietnamese art form hailing from Southeast Asia’s wet-rice culture.

Upon arrival at Danang airport, guests are met and greeted by a local guide and transferred to Hoi An, an ancient town.

6 p.m.: Join cooking class (joining class)

Our evening class is an interesting and fun way to learn about the local cuisine. Together, we prepare three dishes before sitting down for dinner to enjoy our efforts.

Your chef will introduce you to the local ingredients, walk you through the preparation, and explain the Hoi An style of cooking. Then it is your turn to chop, grate, crush, slice, roll, and cook the ingredients into a delicious meal.

Your 5-course dinner also includes 2 additional Hoi An specialties: white rose and fried wanton. These secret recipes are made by only 1 family in Hoi An and are included in the meal but are not part of the cooking class.

Each class has a maximum of 10 persons, runs for 1 hour and 15 minutes, and is then followed by dinner.
Recipes are provided at the start of the class.

Upon arrival at Duong Dong airport on Phu Quoc island, be picked up by the hotel. transfer to the hotel for checking in.
